Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive, register, and acknowledge all complaints submitted by students, staff, and stakeholders.
- Investigate complaints impartially and ensure fair, transparent redressal within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of the complainant's identity throughout the redressal process.
- Submit periodic reports on complaint status and resolution to the Principal and Governing Council.
- Suggest systemic improvements to prevent recurrence of recurring complaints or grievances.
